Interview
Phone screen by recruiter followed by a face to face with Branch manager followed by a face to face to face with Complex Manager. Askills test preceded first meeting. A a business plan preceded second interview. laid back interview with nice people.
20 minute phone call 1st round, then super day for the second round. Three 20 minute interviews. The interview questions were technical and behavioral. They covered market knowledge and other parts of the finance industry.

The first round is virtual. The interview was interesting and engaging. I actually enjoyed the process. There were math and geometric games afterwards, that were not incredibly difficult. Regarding the interview questions, you were able to practice and record your responses within the time allowed.

I had an initial phone call with the branch manager who was pleasant and direct. He explained the details of the job and the reality of positions available and then directed me to the next step.
