The 3-stages interview process has finalized with a comprehensive background investigation, from which one part you find beneath :
* credit worthiness
* credit standing
* credit capacity
* character
* general reputation
* personal characteristics
* and mode of living
which will be used to establish your eligibility for employment.
Do not waste your time with them. Do you agree they go too far? Do not allow these type of data to collect and store about you. They hire and contract 3rd and 4th party agencies to gather and aggregate this set of information on you. Circumvented Personal Data Protection is assured. You will never know where it is gonna be stored and will loose all control how handled further down the road on your career. forevermore. My advise to all candidates: refuse all these types of requests!

Question 1
Would you give permission to us to run a background check on your profile ?
Firstly an online assessment was done followed by personal interview.
In the online assessment 3-4 questions were asked which required good understanding of Data structures and algorithms. In the Personal interview questions from neetcode list was asked.
Great processes - 4 interviews and one presentation. Over all found it fair and enjoyable . Was tough but think it was the correct process for the role and I’m glad that I took part.
Mostly technical. Asked reverse string. Asked stuff from my resume, both experience wise and technically delved deeper asking about SQL questions etc...Know your resume well and be prepared for easy lt.
