I received two calls from their Milan office, one with a guy in Currencies and one with a girl in Fixed Income. The interview was not simple but was a very smooth one. I was asked different things, both technical and fit questions. The fit ones were very standard question, so describe me your CV, tell me three defects of your personality. The technical ones were about markets and investments.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
