Interview
Overall, it was a more sales interview, which I wasn't expecting. I thought that the interviewer would go over my background but he went straight for the "where do you think that you would be able to get $10 Million in business in the first year?"

Interview process was very straight forward. I interviewed with the branch manager and was offered the position that same week. I chose to accept another offer from a competing firm.
