Interview
The interview process for a data analyst position typically begins with an initial screening call by a recruiter to assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and motivation. This is followed by one or more technical interviews where candidates may be asked to solve problems using SQL, Excel, or Python, interpret data visualizations, and demonstrate understanding of statistics and data modeling. Some companies include a take-home case study or technical assessment to evaluate problem-solving and analytical thinking. The final stage often involves a behavioral interview with team members or hiring managers to assess cultural fit, collaboration, and communication skills. Throughout the process, clear explanation of past projects and the ability to turn data into actionable insights are crucial.

Please explain the two year unemployment gap in your cv?
There were three rounds of interviews with managers and various team members. They were mostly behavioral (questions about experience and past projects), with some high-level questions about SQL. Overall, a good experience interviewing.
