I applied for the role online and did intensive research on the company and the role. Immediately after submitting the application, there was a psychometric test invitation lying in my inbox. I had practised many mock tests (verbal & numerical) for 3 days and after that I sat for the test. There turned out to be a numerical reasoning test, a verbal reasoning test, and a test called 'numerical checking'. Numerical checking was timed and it simply tests your ability to react fast and to spot differences fast; unlike verbal and numerical, 'numerical checking' score cannot be improved in merely 3 days so start trying to be attentive to details and to react fast from now on. I think I have cleared the online tests so one and a half month later, I received an email from the HR rep and he wanted to set up a telephone interview with me. The interview was very short. People say this means that you did not do well and the interviewer was not interested in you. So it turned out that they were correct. I did not clear this round of interview.
