I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Mortenson (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied online before the career fair and attended an information session. I then talked to them at the career fair. A couple of days later I got an email saying I had an on-campus interview. Less than a week later I was called about a second-round interview at their headquarters in Minneapolis. The process was a two-day event with the first day being informational and had a social and the second day being three separate interviews. The interviewers were from different departments but could talk about any part of the company. They didn't try to persuade you to pursue any particular area. After that, they had you fill out a survey indicating your top three choices for areas to work in. I was told we would be contacted within two weeks if there was an offer, but I was called three days later. Overall very relaxed and they just want to get to know you. It was more conversational and relaxed and a great environment overall.

Interview
Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.
The interview was one on one with a project manager. They explained the role that I was applying for, then I talked through my resume and how it was applicable to the position.
