It was a great interview with two current project managers where they dove into my past experience and what the job would entail over the course of the internship. They also asked what I'm interested in.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.
The interview was one on one with a project manager. They explained the role that I was applying for, then I talked through my resume and how it was applicable to the position.
