I had someone reach out to me via Handshake for a quick 30 minute interview. The interview was online and felt more personal than formal. It was a one-on-one and the questions were mostly about what I was looking for out of the company.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.
The interview was one on one with a project manager. They explained the role that I was applying for, then I talked through my resume and how it was applicable to the position.
