They contacted me about an opening for a front end developer role thru Linkedin. The recruiter must've left a bunch of voicemails within a day to wanting to talk to me. I finally called back and spent maybe 20 minutes answering pretty basic questions like my salary expectation, availability, etc.
They said I would be a great fit for a potential client and they asked for my updated resume to send to their client for further review but after a few weeks, seems like I've been ghosted. You would think for a consulting company, they would want to not ghost their potential clients and keep them in mind for future positions even if the current ones is not a fit. They seem to have no problem in the beginning leaving a bunch of voicemails in a day to talk and then when I finally called back and discussed the role, they ghosted me afterwards.
Not worth the time just to add another layer of steps to looking for a job. Would be better of looking for a position on your own.
