I'm disappointed in the transparency and lack of respect for my time with this company. I completed a 30 min phone screen and was scheduled for an onsite interview about a little over a week out. I thought this was a little long but thought that it was the best they could schedule at the time. I made changes to my current schedule, as I was working full time, and received a short email the morning of my interview stating they already hired someone. I highly doubt they found out the morning of my interview that they were hiring someone else; I find the lack of respect for my time disturbing and incredibly selfish. It's okay that they didn't hire me as when you interview you won't get every job you interview for, but mutual respect for a candidate's time is expected.
