The recruiter I spoke to was really condescending and lacked any sort of enthusiasm to be talking to me after she reached out to me to speak. The base salary is an absolute joke and that should have been shared up front or I wouldn’t have even taken the call.
Initially talk to a recruiter, I thought it was just a get to know you chat but when she sent a confirmation email it said "Interview" so I prepped for it. The recruiter was fine and offered to move me to the second round of interviews right away. Second round is with two managers and then you shadow a current SDR

Interview process was simple and straightforward. Questioned on past experience, company and industry knowledge. Mac was my recruiter and he was a great guy to deal with. In person interview consisted of 3 sets of interviews by pairs of employees.
