Interview
I applied for a technical role at Motorola Solutions and received an email from a recruiter wanting to schedule a phone screening interview. After having the phone screening interview, I received a follow-up email from the recruiter for a video interview with one of the technical managers. The interviewer was friendly, and I could tell this was more of a "culture fit" type of interview. Afterward, the recruiter contacted me again for a technical interview. Technical employees from the team I was supposed to join conducted the third interview. The third interview mainly went well; I understand I didn't have all the job requirements they wanted, but I had experience and impressed them enough to have three discussions with them. I was told I'd hear back from HR, and after a few days of not hearing back, I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter. It has been more than a month since my last interview, and I have yet to hear back from a recruiter, HR, or anyone at Motorola solutions. Bummer, it would have been nice to at least get a rejection email, especially after having three interviews and sending a follow-up email. I was initially hopeful for the role at Motorola solutions, but I've since moved onto greener pastures.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Types of questions asked in the final (technical interview): 1. Questions to see how well rounded you are and how well you work in cross-functional teams. 2. Irrational questions, I don't think answers even mattered with these ones. I'm pretty sure they were testing how quick thinking you are. 3. Questions asking if you have experience with the requirements listed on the job application. 4. Technical questions based on the requirements listed on the job application.

Interview
Had several phone conversations with the recruiter who seems to be outsourced/overseas. The recruiter ended up having to reschedule the interview several times and even try to schedule it on a holiday as he didn't seem to be aware of US holidays.
The first interview itself felt a bit informal but was about average. Questions about my background and knowledge. Asked to come back for a technical interview later in the week.
The second interview was a 4-page quiz on various Linux commands/topics of varying difficulty. They said it was to gauge my knowledge and didn't expect candidates to know everything.
They said they were deciding for a few weeks after the interview and got a offer around 3 week later.
