Mott MacDonald Graduate Engineer interview questions

The interview process was a whole day process. There were group activities at the beginning where we completed logical tasks under timed pressure followed by an individual interview. There was a 30min break in between the group activities and final interview

Referred by an employee to join the team directly. Had an interview with the hiring manager. Originally was told there would be another round, but heard back 1-2 months later with an offer. Overall pleasant experience.
