I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (Singapore) in Jan 2011
Interview
The HR was very friendly and I was interviewed by 2 ppl, the director and associate's director. It was a very fair interview with asking about the experience and projects that I was involved in. What work have I done and the challenges and solution taken.
Also questions on my professional future experience for the next 5 years was asked and where I plan to be. Finally questions such as personality questions, like what would you do if someone gave you a problem , how would you tackle it , and other norm questions where you can get some tips from the internet or even buy a interview book.

Just a briefing about my work experiences, some questions about the responsibilities mentioned in my resume and a briefing about the team structure and the projects in the pipeline
The interview was a conference call with a principle engineer at Mott Macdonald and the Head of Structures. It was a fairly casual conversation, without any stress or duress. I was asked a few questions about my past experience, and how I could apply my knowledge and skills to the role.
