I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (Leeds, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Following my application and completion of some standard tests I was invited down to the office in Leeds. The interview was for Mott MacDonald Bentley focused on the water services. My interview was with two civil engineers for 1.5 hours. It was mainly focused on finding out my motivations for applying and degree choice, some background knowledge of the water industry, some situational questions and only a couple technical questions. Found out that 4 graduate mechanical engineers were interviewing for 1 position.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (Derby, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was an easy process, it is a 2 hours interview with 2 people where they sit you down face to face and talk about your 'strengths'. They paid for travel expenses
it starts with a lunch and group interview, followed by an interview with the key people of the team. Workers are very friendly. The group interview was fun and had nice atmosphere. We also keep in touch afterwards.
