Interview
The interview was conducted by two individuals: the director of the bridges team, where I would be working and an engineer. There were two parts to the interview: a question and answer part which was more formal, and an informal technical assessment.
Very structured with classic strengths/weaknesses based questions, what motivates you, why you applied to the company etc. A couple of technical questions including on safety and risk but nothing requiring calculations.

The first step involved doing many things as a group - in other words, a group exercise. Together, as a group, we did group-esque things such as group activities. Then I participated in an interview in which my behaviour was assessed in a non-technical manner - commonly referred to as an interview. Hope this helps!
