Interview
I was interviewed by a senior engineer and a graduate engineer, they are your line manager and teammate in the future. It was a one-hour interview with general questions. Only a few technical questions.
1.5 hours online interview, covers usual questions, technical questions, and scenario questions. Well structured format, interviewers are very friendly. Fits the 'strength based assessment' description claimed by the company, good experience in general.
