The recruitment process saves time, with online tests followed by an application, interview, and job offer in later stages. I have passed the online tests, but unfortunately my application was refused. It's disappointing that the only application I made, which took me 4 days to complete, did not progress further.

There is just one round of interview. One hour interview with two managers. Friendly environment and mostly competency questions. One unique question was I was asked to pick one complex idea I studied and explain to the interviewer.
