After filling in the online application they ask you to do the online assesment. After that, I got an interview in their Edinburgh office for a Strengths Based Interview. The types of questions asked were the same from the list on TargetJobs

Interview divided in three sections. None of which I found I could have prepared for. First there were questions about experience. Next, technical questions. Lastly, questiond about how I would behave in an office.

Interview
It was an easy process, it is a 2 hours interview with 2 people where they sit you down face to face and talk about your 'strengths'. They paid for travel expenses
it starts with a lunch and group interview, followed by an interview with the key people of the team. Workers are very friendly. The group interview was fun and had nice atmosphere. We also keep in touch afterwards.
