2 stage interview process with a couple of different members of the team. Very friendly and easy to speak to with a nice formal/informal balance. Generally asking questions about competencies and previous experience managing certain project types/situations as well as a more casual discussion about career aspirations and what you’d hope to get out the role.

Question 1
Give an example of when you had to manage a challenging client
Relative simple. 2 rounds which included one with HR and other with the team. The second round was a mix of behavioural and technicals with a case study. Overall I thought the experience was smooth and quick.
It began with an initial phone screening, followed by an HR interview to assess general fit and motivation. The final round included both a technical interview, which focused on infrastructure knowledge and analytical skills, and a behavioural interview using the SAR method to evaluate past experience and competencies. The process concluded with a panel interview involving four interviewers from the Infrastructure team. Overall the process was thorough but straightforward, with each stage building on the previous one to assess both technical capability and cultural fit.
