Motus IT Support Engineer interview questions

I had high hopes for this company, it seems like a great company to work for. Unfortunately, the interview process doesn't reflect that. I had a 15 min phone screen with someone who I can only assume was conducting an interview for the first time in their life. The interview had no structure to it, was riddled with umms and errs, and they knew absolutely nothing about the role they were interviewing me for. Ultimately, while they didn't outright say it, it was clear that they weren't prepared to pay anywhere near my asking salary which was less than the current market average for this role.
