Two weeks after applying online for the position, I was contacted by phone to proceed with a one-way video interview. The next week, the Talent Acquisition Specialist called to informed me that they wanted to offer me the position.

Question 1
The questions for the one-way and the face-to-face interviews were pretty similar. I had to explain why I become a nurse, what were my career expectation, what I will be able to bring to the company. I was also orally tested on how to manage a patient with acute condition (post surgery patient). Also, it was clear that they were looking for really committed nurses, ready to stay in the unit for a while and to grow within the company.
It took 6 weeks from interview to getting job. I think they don’t have a lot of HR people. Overall, it was an okay experience and people were nice. They answered all my questions.
