First interview was with the financial manager which went well, super nice and conversational, lasted about 1 hour. Second interview was also one hour long, at a different location with one of the doctors and program directors. Again conversational and asked a lot of questions about my experience. The doctor was quite cold and at one point audibly laughed out loud when I was describing my experience which was off-putting. The doctor also made faces to the program director as I was speaking which made me uncomfortable. They also asked me unusual questions which made me feel like I wasn't taken seriously.
