Mozilla Intern interview questions

I applied online (on their website). I received a link to a HackerRank challenge. The HackerRank challenge involved a bunch of questions about C++ (with some coding). I was told that I would be moving forward from the HackerRank challenge to a phone screen stage. During the phone screen stage I was just asked about some different problems that I had to encounter in the past, as well as why I was interested in working at Mozilla (no coding questions). I moved on past the phone initial two phone screens to another phone interview. Here, I was told that the position would actually be remote (instead of in San Jose like the listing had shown). I only found out because I specifically asked for clarification. I think I actually frowned when I heard that the position would be remote. I didn't make it past this stage, but I definitely would not have accepted a remote position. I think that finding out that the position would be remote after more than a month of being in the interview loop definitely left a bad taste. I would say that my interviewers were pretty good and enthusiastic. But updating me in my last interview that I was interviewing for a location completely different from the one I applied makes the overall experience negative. The entire process took about two months.
