Call with a recruiter, then a pointlessly short technical screening with an engineer who made it abundantly clear from the first word out of his mouth that he absolutely did not want to be there and having to talk to me was an inconvenience. The entire screening was a single question about writing a decorator that printed the exact signature of how a user called a function. Despite saying I haven't had to deal with custom decorators in ages, I managed it with only one or two minor syntax things I had to fiddle with. It was clear from the moment it began that I had no chance and was wasting my time.
