The local Recruiter has contacted me via phone for a short interview and was shortlisted for a video conference with the hiring managers (1 Lead and 1 Manager) within a week. The interviews was mainly on behavioural based questions and lasted about an hour. After a week, I followed up with the recruiter on the interview status but there's no response. Recruiter ghosting on me. Such a disappointment with a reputable organization that doesn't care about candidate experience.
