Interview
Phone screen, group face to face, half day psychological screen, another group face to face, drug test, offer. Most of the interviews were multiple people from different backgrounds. HR was able to answer so of the questions, negotiate more vacation time when you receive the offer and have them pay for the Cobra if it applies.
