The interview process was super easy. It was only one phone interview with my would-be boss, and it ended with him suggesting I had the position and that the regulatory and funding hoops were the only obstacles to an on-the-spot offer.

Bro they put in a teams call with 3 other teams that I didn't apply to without warning and they ALL asked me questions. They legit read my resume in that exact moment, a lot of them had no idea the interview was happening until they got the teams invite.

Interview
One technical interview for 30 minutes, with roughly 10 minutes of self introduction. The mentors explained their projects in more detail during the interview and were interested in how I would solve the current challenges they have.
