I applied on-line through their Early Career Hire opportunities. Then I was first emailed to schedule a phone interview. A few days after the phone interview, I was invited by email to attend an in person video. I went in and met with the HR person whom I was in communication with. I was then picked up by one of the four group supervisors who interviewed me.
The interview seemed to go well. My questions were well-received. However I initially applied to another position. The interview scheduled was for a level below what I applied for, and it was suggested that it was more appropriate without having inquired.

Three different group interviews. All of them were productive and effective in thoroughly vetting the applicants, including myself. Awesome place to work and gain experience. The culture is inspiring and innovative.

Received email from HR to schedule phone interview. After the interview received fallow up email to schedule an in person interview. Met with HR. Then with a panel of supervisors. Interview felt very disorganized. I was expecting more questions pertaining to my skills, but they were more behavioral questions.
