Everyone, including the HR rep, was very friendly throughout the process. The interview itself was with several team members and was very casual conversation. I think more so to see if personalities meshed well. Throughout the conversation, I covered my skill levels and experience, but we also spent a lot of time talking about what the job I applied for entails to get a better sense of how the team works.
