I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY)
Interview
I sent in my resume. Got an email back for an automated video interview. This is where questions pop up on a screen and you have a limited number of time (30 sec- 2 min) to answer the question in front of the camera. Usually, at the end of the session, you will be given a second try to go through the video interview if you really feel like you need a redo.
2 weeks went by, and I was emailed about coming in for an in person interview at 30 Rock.
The questions were pretty easy: "tell me about yourself" "tell me about your experience" "tell me about one time you failed and learned from it" etc.
A week later I heard back. But wasn't given an offer.
Academic Year & Summer Internships both in Media Tech/Peacock. Resume submission, HireVue with 2 tries with basic questions. Recruiter matched to teams, usually interviewed by a hiring manager. Mostly behavioral. Received Academic Year & Summer Offer in separate cycles, invited back for subsequent Academic Year.
pretty easy and standard interview. They asked on average easy questions about my career and why i would be a good fit for the company. super nice and easy to talk to
