Online interview where you record your answers to questions and can redo them once, followed by an in person interview with most likely your potential manager on the job. It was complicated and they don't always get back to you right away, but well worth it.

timed interviews, two zoom one-on-ones Everyone was nice, but I was basically promised the job during the interview and then was rejected. Kinda mad about that, but you live and you learn.

Tell us one time the odds were stacked against you and how you handled it?
First I had a recorded interview on the Convoy platform with 6 screening questions, then one phone interview with coordinator of the department which I demonstrated the most interest in.
The interview process was through an online network process contact through email. You are asked questions and given time to answer and then you must give your answer over a recorded video screen. There are written questions at the end.
