I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Apr 2014
Interview
I applied to a job in the Fall of 2013 but was still in college so I wasn't eligible. However over the year I kept in touch with the HR recruiter over the year. In April 2014, I reached back out regarding positions. HR scheduled me for two interviews with two separate managers one day. After those interviews I heard back within a few hours that I was invited to a second round. Went back into the city the following day, interviewed with two other people and then was offered the position a few offers later. One of the best and easiest interview processes I've ever had.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions are pretty standard. Show an interest in the company and have some questions to ask at the end of the interview. Be yourself!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Hollywood, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I got an employee referral which got me to the phone interview process. The recruiter and I scheduled a time for the call, I waited by the phone and she never called. I had to email her and mention to pick another time for the call, and again, at that time I was stood up. Finally on the third try, three days later, we made it work and I was offered a in-person interview. The phone call portion was quite simple with typical questions about yourself. The in-person interview was in three stages: the Human Resources rep, the person with the position and the boss of the position I was interviewing for. It was also very simple and a good experience. They asked many questions that pertained to the position, myself and the company. Know about the company!
