Interview
I was very stressed but it was prescheduled video interview due within 72 hours. Before I researched the company & emphasized why ad sales meant a lot to me & NBC as well.
Did a video interview with convey. It was pretty straightforward. There were video and written questions about work experience, past professional work, my passions, and where I saw my career moving in the future. It was a very uninformative video interview. I didn’t hear back after completing it about a following round. I would have appreciated more feedback.

Interview
The first round was an automated video interview. You are given a question, then a few seconds to think about your answer before recording for about a minute. The final round was a phone interview (could be in person but there was a snow storm that day + they offer virtual interviews in the first place). They have a prep call before the interview as well as a group conference call where you can ask additional questions. It was really helpful to learn more about the program, and the individual phone interview felt a bit more casual and conversational.
