The interview was straight-forward. The people who interviewed me were very kind and laid-back, and the questions ranged from standard interview questions to technical questions. The team lead took me around the office, introduced me to just about everyone there, and showed me the ropes of what the job requires me to do. When I left the office, I had it in my mind that I really wanted to work there - everyone was very friendly, and I understood how to do the job down to the tee.
The hiring process took a while, but I wasn't desperate for a job at the time, so I decided to just go back to school, get a certification, and work elsewhere while I waited. A few months roll by, and I get a phone call and a job offer from Nelson.
Overall, the interview process was straight-forward, but the hiring process took longer than usual, but I can tell that this kind of thing was highly unusual - most other hires get hired in a couple of weeks (according to some of the folks posting here), but if you recently interviewed, don't lose your mind if it takes a bit longer than that.
