Lengthy phone interview process that went well. I was notified afterwards that the job title had been changed to administrative assistant. I was subsequently brought in for an in-person interview. After a brief interview, I was told that I was overqualified for this role and that my resume would be kept on file for future opportunities, and they'd reach out if any were available.

Phone interview which led to in-person interview. Standard interview questions, but I felt like the in-person interview was a formality and they already had someone selected internally for the role.
