I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Warwick, West Midlands, England)
Interview
Comfortable and human interview with managers who asked reasonable questions to do with the trust and their qualities and how they would match with my own and asked scenario based questions
It was welcoming, there were group ice breaker's before they chose people for interview and a scenario task about safeguarding. The interview itself was with 3 panel members with questions about safeguarding, perspective, personal wellbeing etc.
