I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Birmingham, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
The process was quick, 20 minute interview via teams. The questions I was asked: how I reflected their core values in my work practices, why I want to work for the NHS, I told them about myself, I was asked if I know about the administrative systems and software, I was asked if I know about their values, how my line manager would describe me, How would I handle if my caseload was too large for me. The individuals who interviewed me were polite and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable.

Question 1
Pick one call value that you identify with and how did you show this through your work practices?
The NHS admin interview process usually includes questions about previous administrative experience, communication skills, confidentiality, teamwork, and handling patient information. Candidates may also be asked scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving, organisation, and ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment.
Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
