I recently interviewed for the PS Sales Operation role at Nice Actimize, and I had a positive experience during the two interview rounds. However, my post-interview experience with the company's HR department has been rather disappointing. After the interviews, I attempted to reach out to HR representative Rajani on multiple occasions via phone, but received no response. I also followed up with several emails inquiring about feedback, but unfortunately, there was no response or acknowledgment from her end. This lack of communication post-interview left me feeling disheartened and disconnected from the hiring process. Constructive feedback and communication are essential aspects of any interview process, and I believe this is an area where improvement is needed at Nice Actimize. It's important for candidates to have a clear understanding of their interview status and feedback to enhance their overall experience with the company.
