NICE Actimize Program Manager interview questions

Telephone interview with HR who passed on my Resume. Telephone interview which went well , was asked to come for a face to face. The first interviewer had know clue what she wanted and neither did she review my resume. Finally I had to ask her if she had concerns about my background. Was told she wasn't sure of my dept of knowledge. when I asked her what she meant she couldn't explain apart from saying she expected a particular reply but she couldn't explain what it was..I am not a mind reader!!. Was sent a standard reject letter without any explanation. . I asked for an interview feedback and received none
