Interview
Just like interviewing for an academic job. One phone interview then a on campus interview. During the on campus interview, I need to give a presentation. Only complain is that the hiring process is long and confusing. From the oral offer to final offer took more than three months.
Phone screen followed by interview with entire division. Second interview involves scientific presentation (45 minutes) followed by 15 minutes of discussion. Then meetings with the investigator, branch chief, other branch investigators, and lunch with research fellows.

Describe your background in nutrition epidemiology.
As long as PI likes you you will be good. Basically the decision has been made pretty much in PI's mind. If you do not behave too bad, you will be fine.
