I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Washington, DC) in Mar 2012
Interview
I was applying for a post-MBA role. Met a recruiter at an event, and was invited to a casual one-on-one at a DC restaurant. The interview was amiable, mostly behavioral type questions. For the second round, they sent a webcam and a link to be used for my repsonse to automated questions. Once you started the interview, you would see the question, then have a set time limit to record your response. While I didn't care for that style of interview, the only reason I rate the interview process as no opinion is because there was no follow-up after the video interview.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NIKE (Memphis, TN) in Jul 2019
Interview
Phone interviews with both the hiring manager and the department Director - each lasting about 30 minutes. Asked situational and informative questions about my background and experiences. Very relaxed tone.
