Interview
First you have to upload many things online, such as your CV, work experience etc. Then you will get notified if you made to the next round, which is an online interview. However, the interview takes place trough a tool. Therefore you can record your own answers whenever you want.

Interview
I applied through a campus recruiter and was told to do an online interview first. The online interview was all done with a video, kind of weird skype thing and they displayed the questions for a few seconds and gave you a certain amount of seconds to answer it. I would suggest answering asap cause they change questions quickly.

Why Nike? Do you like sports? Professional background etc. basic questions, but on the online video interview its timed and you can only do it once so its good to be prepared for it. After that I was offered an in person interview.
