I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
It was about 25 ppl total and we split up in 3 groups, each group led by a current Nike employee and they rotated for each question. There were 3 questions and each person answered in the order we stood. It was a laid back interview, however, I didn't feel as though the questions gave good insight into how we see ourselves within the brand, the type of worker we are, etc. I just hoped that my question asking and the work experience on my resume would show my interest and that I was a good candidate.
The interviewers were really nice too & made me feel very comfortable.
The process for me: application submitted July 30th, phone interview August 4th, group interview August 7th, background check request via email August 9th. Today is the 10th so now I'm just waiting on a call to tell me whether or not I got the job.

Question 1
Name a time where someone gave you instructions that you didn't quite understand and what did you do?
Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.
Had a live interview with 2 HR members, and 2 other interviewees. They asked 5 total questions that are all behavioral. The interview moved quickly and we took turns to answer questions.
It was a group setting very much not a 1v1. Try to stand out but positively, Show intent and practicality, and show you will be a great teammate to work with.
