It was about 25 ppl total and we split up in 3 groups, each group led by a current Nike employee and they rotated for each question. There were 3 questions and each person answered in the order we stood. It was a laid back interview, however, I didn't feel as though the questions gave good insight into how we see ourselves within the brand, the type of worker we are, etc. I just hoped that my question asking and the work experience on my resume would show my interest and that I was a good candidate. The interviewers were really nice too & made me feel very comfortable. The process for me: application submitted July 30th, phone interview August 4th, group interview August 7th, background check request via email August 9th. Today is the 10th so now I'm just waiting on a call to tell me whether or not I got the job.
