The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in Apr 2010
Interview
Behavioral based questions. Starts with phone interview with recruiter ( helps to know someone to help you get that phone screen ), and they will pass you on to a panel interview most likely, three people usually. Might be another phone screen in there from the hiring manager. Process just depends on time of year, and how quickly they need someone. Could happen in a week, could take a month.

Question 1
Give me an example of time you had to lead a team through a difficult transition?
Competency based - real scenarios, not hypotheticals. Usually a panel with two to three interviewers (District Manger, LP and HR). Typical, walk through your resume then answer questions for 45 min before asking your own.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Jun 2023
Interview
They seemed uneducated and they dont have a good level of profesionalism. They ask questions from chatgpt kinda and they dont ask you stuff really relevant. I had the feeling all the time "what the heck they ask me". Not recommended to work there.
