I applied online and the process took about 4 weeks because HR reviewed my application. Someone from HR called me and we did a phone interview. After I got an email to do a group interview. After that I got hired.

Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
