Interview
Group interview conducted by an assistant store manager and a department manager. Usually about 3 people to an interview, not including the managers. It was very casual. They would ask a question or give a scenario and we would take turns answering.

Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
