I applied through university event. It took 2 weeks after submitting my CV to receive digital interview invitation. All were basic behavioral questions. Nothing out of expectation. Just be yourself and smile to the camera.
Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.
