Interview
Two stages were involved in the whole interviewing process:
First, HR from Hong Kong set up a time for a Skype interview by phone call and the Skype interview took place about 2-3 week after I submitted my application. I pass that interview and was invited to another interview located at Nike's office building in the city 2-3 weeks after the first stage. The second interview was a casual, chatting type of interview at the interviewer's office during his lunch hour.

Interview
Comfortable conversational style interview process. Questions pertaining to background and experience as well as personality. Also, overview of job was given along with questions pertaining to job specific skill requirements.
